Science Island needs a few infrastructure and a new network, to upgrade from a landscape of Causeways to network of Codeways, which presents a continuous but diverse and constantly evolving bundle of and soft infrastructures that harness the vitality of Science Island and promote it to the world as a living digital ecosystem.
